The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is here and I’ve rounded up some of my favorite sale items that I think will be super popular and sell out! Almost everything is under $100! Remember that prices will go back up after the sale, so now is a great time to stock up on Fall essentials.

This top in the grey will sell out for sure! They call it a sweater, but I don’t know if I would call it that. It is a thicker material, but doesnt give me sweater feels. Either way, it is on sale for $31 and a great top to have! Would even work for the office with a pencil skirt or dress pants!
I sized down 2 sizes in the skirt because they stretch out when you wear it!

Ok this is another one of the lace trim camis that sell out super quickly! I am wearing the small and they are perfect for layering. It is definitely on of my go-to outfits and will throw on a blazer or moto jacket if it gets cool.

I love that they have a ton of super soft sweaters this year! This fun sweater is from Something Navy and extremely soft!! I am wearing the Small in this one, but I bought the pink version as well (see next) and got the XS in that one. But they both fit well and I can do either size.
Here is the pink version of the leopard sweater above! It has more of a ribbed detailing, but is just as soft! I have it tucked in, but would hit below my belt. Wearing the XS

So much leopard this year! And I love it! This cardigan is only $44 and going to sell out quickly!! I am wearing the XS and it is soft and NOT itchy!

I was drawn to this jacket because of the ribbed knit sleeve detail. This is such a great fall coat that comes in a bunch of colors. Im wearing the XS. The sleeves are stretchy, but form fitting, so it would be difficult to wear a bulky sweater underneath.
Fuzzy coats are still going to be on trend this year and I know this soft jacket in this camel color will be one of the first to sell out! I am wearing the small!
I love this top- its stretchy and a thicker material. I’m wearing the XS. I can’t find the link to this skirt yet, but will link when I find it! These boots aren’t part of the sale, but I linked a super similar pair. This skirt fits big and I sized down 2 sizes!

When this cardigan was released in a different color combo earlier this year, it sold out so quickly! And I know for sure this one will sell out too! Im wearing the XS! Boots are old, but I will link a similar pair in the sale.
Hands down one of the best pullover sweaters so far that I’ve seen at the sale! It is incredibly soft and so cozy! Im wearing the small (US 4-6)

I shared a sneak peek of this jacket on stories and a lot of you loved it, although there was quite a few who didn’t. haha. I think its pretty fabulous and the hood is even detachable! I am wearing the small!
And these leggings are awesome! Its kind of like a brushed material that has a little sheen to it, but not shiny. There is a little logo on the right calf in case that bothers you if you are wearing them out. 🙂

Ok this sweater is going to be a top seller and it’s so soft! I saw a ton of people grabbing it at the store! I’m wearing the Small (US 4-6), and I find the picture on the website makes the beige color look darker than it is. It is lighter like my photo.
This is one of the comfiest lounge sets ever, plus this color and leopard print are amazing! The sleeves are nice and long and I could live in this because it’s so soft! I’m wearing a small in the top and bottoms,

This is one of the Barefoot Dreams cardigans and anything Barefoot dreams is a huge seller during the sale! It is probably the softest thing ever and perfect for lounging !I am wearing the S/M.
This is another Barefoot Dreams cardigan and I promise it will be the softest thing you’ve ever worn! Wearing the XS/S. This is shorter than the one above and is a “circle” cardigan, where as the above one is more draped.

Make sure you grab this blazer asap! It will sell out quickly! Its super lightweight and a great color. It’s great for the office or a casual look like I did! Im wearing the XS.

I am obsessed with the color of this coat! It is gorgeous! I am wearing the size 2. Typically I am a 4, but I didn’t want it to be too oversized, so there is not much room in the sleeves for a sweater.

I think a good utility jacket is a must and this camo one is super versatile and will go with everything! Camo is pretty much neutral. I paired it with a graphic tee and jeans for a casual look
