I did something extreme this weekend- I floored it in a Lamborghini Huracan! I was so excited to learn that I was collaborating with Xtreme Xperience, and then proceeded to surprise Jon with the news since he would be driving a super car as well! Obviously he was over-the-moon excited (which guy wouldn’t be?!), and we started counting down the days until driving day!! Xtreme Xperience travels around to different tracks, so those living in different cities can drive these super cars!

What to Expect before your Xtreme Xperience

Leading up to your Xperience, you will receive some emails detailing what to bring, where to park, and what to do when you get there. Make sure you read it all because there are some things they require, such as closed toe shoes.

Once you park, you will head over to the trailer to check in. After you check in, you will be directed to the classroom training where you will spend about 20 minutes learning about what you can expect and safety.

Next, you will be directed to the track where you will line up. If you have decided to do a ride-along first, you will stay in one line. If you are driving right away, you will line up in the next line. You will then be given a helmet.  I do recommend the ride-along because you get to see the track first and get more comfortable knowing the turns you will be taking!

During The Xperience

Now you will start your Xperience! You will be paired with an instructor who will assist you while you are driving. They are all very knowledgable, experienced and friendly. You can go as fast or as slow as you like, they will not push you to drive fast if you are not comfortable.

We did 4 laps around the track and I got faster each time with the help of my instructor Tom! I wanted to go as fast as I could, so he pushed me a little more each lap. I loved it and so did Jon! It’s something I would definitely do again! I think this is such a great gift for any guy in your life!

Tips:

1. Buy the video package! It records you in the car, as well as the track at the same time. You get to replay it and see how cool you are and how fast you drove! Jon and I definitely had a competition to see who went faster, and this allowed us to know for sure. (Unfortunately, he won. haha). The instructors don’t look at the speedometer because they are watching the track, so they won’t know how fast you go.
2. The ride-along addition was great to see the track and super thrilling! These guys will drive you soooo fast around the track. Its like you’re on an amusement park ride, yet more thrilling! Loved it!
3. Family can come watch! There is an area that your friends or family can come see you drive!
4. Don’t be nervous or scared- they make everything super easy and there is no pressure for you to drive a certain way!
