Valentine’s Day is right around the corner. I’m not going to lie, it’s usually not that big of a deal to me…or Jon for that matter. I’d say we are one of the least sentimental couples out there. For example, we had friends over this weekend, and they couldn’t understand how we don’t have any wedding pictures of ourselves on display. We’ve been married 2 years and I still haven’t printed pictures! Is that weird? Can anyone relate? Should we be worried? Haha.

Note: We do have wedding pictures, and they were one of the most important things when planning the wedding, but for some reason I just don’t feel the need to look at them everyday. You can check some of them out here. 

I love Jon more than anything and couldn’t imagine life without him, but I guess we just don’t get too sentimental or emotional about certain things.  We just value the time we get to spend together- that means the most to us. I love being able to share my life and experiences with him. It makes me happier than anything that I get to wake up with him everyday- I couldn’t imagine it any other way.

Anyways, our Valentine’s evening will probably be pretty low-key, but that doesn’t mean I can’t have a cute outfit for it!! This dress is a great price point (under $70) and has a flirty lip pattern all over! The dress is actually navy, but its not too noticeable with the print, so I have no problem pairing it with black accessories!
