Happy New Year! It’s been a long time since I last posted-the Holidays have been so busy. We were in Phoenix for Christmas and then did a little road tripping to the Grand Canyon and Vegas! I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and New Year’s!
Confession time. I don’t think I’ve ever made a real New Years resolution. I get a little cynical because resolutions are made January 1st, and then forgotten about it a month later. I understand that it helps people motivate themselves, but the goals are often unrealistic or not specific enough. People end up failing or getting discouraged. I like the thought of bettering ourselves throughout the year and setting small attainable resolutions as they become needed. We all have a different way of doing things, and if New Years resolutions work for you, that is amazing–keep it up! 🙂
